Discord servers offer an easy way to talk over voice, video, and text. People gather in different areas to talk, chat, hang out, and stay close with your friends and opponents.

Each server has its own "topics," collectively referred to as "channels." Each channel has a primary area of interest, and the name of the channel provides a good idea what is being discussed there.
